Refund Policy – FIBERS

We get it — sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your FIBERS fit didn’t hit right, here’s how we handle it.


3-Day Return Window

You’ve got 3 days from the time your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Tags must be intact

  • Must be in the original packaging

  • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy


How to Start a Return

Drop us an email at hello@fibers.online to get the process rolling.

Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted — so don’t skip the message!

Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return label

  • Instructions on where and how to ship it back

🔒 Please note: We’ll only share the return address once your request is approved.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Anything that’s been worn or washed

Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ping us — we’ll let you know.


Damaged or Wrong Item?

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If something’s broken, defective, or just not what you ordered — email us right away at hello@fibers.online with:

  • Your order ID

  • A few photos of the issue

We’ll sort it out fast — always.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.

Here’s the quickest way:

  1. Return the item as per the steps above

  2. Once approved, place a fresh order for the new size or color you want

Simple and smooth.


EU Cooling-Off Period

If you’re based in the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — no reason needed.

Just make sure the item is:

  • Unused, with tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

If yes:

  • We’ll process a refund to your original payment method

  • It may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account
