Refund Policy – FIBÉRE / fibers.online

We get it — sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your FIBÉRE fit didn’t hit right, here’s how we handle it.

3-Day Return Window
You’ve got 3 days from the time your order lands to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed.
  • Tags must be intact.
  • Original packaging only.

Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted — so don’t skip the DM!

Damaged or Wrong Item?
Check your order when it lands. If something’s broken, defective, or just plain wrong — email us ASAP at hello@fibers.online with your order ID and a couple of pics.

We’ll sort it fast. Always.

Non-Returnable Items
Some things just can’t come back. That includes:

  • Custom-made pieces
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Anything worn or washed

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? The fastest way:

  • Return the item
  • Place a fresh order once your return is accepted

Simple and smooth.

EU Cooling-Off Period
If you’re in the EU, you’ve got 14 days to cancel or return — no reason needed. Same deal: item must be unused, with tags, in OG packaging. Proof of purchase required.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

If yes:

  • Refunds go to your original payment method
  • Might take up to 10 business days to reflect
